Regional Reports
A crucial part of the DEMOCHANGE project is the analyses of quantitative (and qualitative) data of each model region. The analyses cover various fields such as
- migration
- cost and quality of settlement and housing
- labor market
- changes in regional demand for public services
- changes in consumer behaviour
and form the basis for a discussion with regional stakeholders. This may result in the development and implementation of individual adaptation measures.
In the following you can find already the analysis reports of a view of our model regions.
Short regional report book with summary
Short regional reports have been prepared as part of WP4 which includes demographic analysis of selected model areas. Analysis is divided into a general basic analysis which uses indicators as a core input and an in-depth analysis performed through interviews and focus groups of model regions with a selection of specific focus. Data in these reports captures six topics which describe demographic change and regions more into details: territorial organisation, geographical situation, natural conditions and housing, demography including demographic projections, economy, tourism, agriculture and public services.

The DEMOCHANGE model regions (Salzburger Land) were subject of detailed analyses regarding the relevant future issues such as population development, education, economy, labour market and settlement.
