The last work package is the synthesis of DEMOCHANGE. The results and procedures of the project will be discussed and strategies for rural and spatial planning in the alpine space will be disseminated. To make DEMOCHANGE successful, networking is inalienable to implement pilot actions and strategies in other alpine regions and communities. Furthermore networking guarantees that the knowledge about demografic change and the project DEMOCHANGE will disseminate.

Concrete outputs:

• courses for regional planners, decision-makers and university students focused on alpine demographic change
• establishing a (virtual) network supporting future exchange and cooperation
• final conference with discussions and recommendations
