Each partner from Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia and Switzerland will establish individual pilot actions in their model regions. The pilot actions are based on the results of the analysis and data collection in work package 4.

Concrete outputs:

• installation of regional steering groups for regional awareness rising
• SWOT, adaption needs and development of common strategies and related pilot actions linked to planning (regional workshops)
• elaboration of specific measures linked to the results of SWOT in the model regions
• implementation of first measures with high priority and linked to focus questions/regional focus points
• continuous exchange of regional results among the project partners and the members of the transnational expert network
