The demographic change is often seen as a general phenomenon without decisive regional impacts. The respective stakeholders and decision makers have to be mobilized and activated to start the discussion about demographic change on regional level.

With this work package, the partners of DEMOCHANGE will provide a set of utilities to support the work within regions.

Concrete outputs:

• elaboration of a common procedure for a systematic identification of stakeholders
• checklist "How to set up a steering group"
• scripts and materials for the application and moderation of focus groups and "Appreciative Inquiry"
• handbook/guideline for the mobilisation of regional key actors
