WP 2 - Project Management

The Lead Partner (Munich University of Applied Sciences, Department of Tourism) takes overall responsibility for the project management. Concerning the substantial work within the project, he will guide the project partners, coordinate the workflow between the work packages and safeguard to keep the deadlines. The Lead Partner will act as "primus inter pares", always looking for consensus decisions and an efficient workflow.

Concrete work objectives:

  • ensuring a sound national and transnational management in terms of reporting, certification and financial control
  • project progress controlling: achieved outputs and results, time schedule and budget, ensuring coherence to projects objectives on project and partner level
  • internal and external communication
  • troubleshooting, clearing and leading in case of difficulties or disputes
  • preparation, invitation, leading and documentation of at least two transnational partner meetings per year
